Special spark plugs for engines powered by gas
Combustion of LPG has its specific problems. Many scientific studies have shown that the use of LPG as an alternative fuel for internal combustion engines is advantageous from several aspects.Most important is that engines using LPG as fuel produce fumes that are more environmentally friendly than the exhaust produced by engine running on petrol or diesel. The combustion of LPG creates carbon monoxide by 10% to 25% less than burning gasoline. The carbon monoxide has a significant impact on global warming.
In terms of environmental service, users can calculate the benefits of lower operating costs.Combustion of LPG, however, has its specific problems. One is more difficult due to zapalitelnost homogeneous gas mixture in the combustion chamber. The result is an increased demand for voltage ignition system and start-difficult at low temperatures. To eliminate these problems help BRISK Silver spark plugs specially designed for igniting gas-powered engines LPG.
BRISK Silver spark plugs have a special shape of the gap that allows easier access to the gas discharge, central silver electrode of small diameter and electrode distance 0.55 mm, 0.7 mm and 0.9 mm.
Silver center electrode together with a small diameter tapered outer electrode substantially reduces the requirement for spark plug voltage.
